SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • A full refund is only available if a cancellation request is made at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled service.
  • If the service is booked on the same day, is in progress, or has been completed, no refund will be issued, and full payment is required.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

SECTION 3 - SERVICE TERMS

By booking a service with Westy's Wash, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate information when scheduling an appointment.
  • You have permission to allow us access to the vehicle at the specified location.
  • You understand that weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause rescheduling.
  • You will remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
  • Discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • Westy's Wash is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
  • We are not responsible for any mechanical issues that arise after detailing (e.g., electrical failures due to pre-existing conditions).
  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any vehicle conditions that may affect the detailing process.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.
