At Westy's Wash, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile detailing and car washing services across Arizona. Since we operate on an appointment-based system and travel to your location, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations & Refunds
- A full refund is available only if the cancellation is made at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled service.
- If the service is booked on the same day, is already in progress, or has been completed, no refund will be issued, and full payment is still required.
Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
- If we arrive at your location and you are unavailable, the full service charge may still apply.
Service Issues & Concerns
If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us immediately after the service is completed so we can assess and address your concerns. We do not offer refunds based on customer dissatisfaction after the service has been completed, but we are happy to discuss solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
